Click on Write to do
your first report. You will see the following screen in the
image below.
Continue your report: First you
will make a Title for your report. See image below...
Now enter your report
into the Post section of the editor.
NOTICE:
If you copy and paste from Microsoft Word or similar
programs-- formatting will follow and make your text
look a bit funny. To stop this from happening-- copy
and paste your report into Notepad.exe ( Start
> All Programs> Run > enter ' notepad ' and
click OK ) and again do a new copy and then
paste into your report editor. This process strips the
formatting the follows with Microsoft Office products.
Before
you upload photos: resize photos to no more than 600 pixels
or 8.3 inches wide.

Adding photos:
(see the image below), First: place your curser
where you want to place the image (see the red
arrow) and click one time. Second: click Upload
(see the green arrow) and then click Browse
(see the blue arrow) now navigate to the image you
want to add and upload it to the site.
Next (see
the next image below) click on Full size (red
arrow) and click None (blue arrow) and
then click ' Sent to Editor >> '
To delete
and image: Click on the image and press the Delete key on
your keyboard. When you click on an image notice the selection
band around the image (blue arrow below).
To resize an image: click
on the image (verify selection band), click
on a corner and
drag down (holding left mouse button down)
to the size you want and release mouse.
When editing a report
you can add links to your website. I recommend using links
in your signature. To do so first type the name of your service
and then select / highlight
the text(blue arrow). You will then see the
chain link become available in the
menu bar(red arrow), click on the chain link
icon. continue below...
Fill in your
URL / domain address(blue arrow).
Click the ' Target ' drop down(green arrow)
and select ' Open link in a new window '. Now click ' Insert ' to finish your link(red
arrow).
Post Dating Reports
to future dates: To automatically publish a report in the
future click ' Edit timestamp' and then edit the time to
the date and down to the second that you want your report
to be published.
Click ' Publish
' (blue arrow) to immediately publish your
report.
If you want to save
a draft of this report click ' Save ' (see above
image red arrow) and your report will be saved as
a draft. Drafts are not published and editing can be continued
on a later date. All Drafts will show up as in the image
below (blue arrow).
To edit a previously
published report click ' Manage ' (see image below
- red arrow) and then click ' Edit ' (blue
arrow) of the report you want to edit.
